“Practicing Love” newest release
The video series, “The Journey-Shepherding God’s People” is announcing the most recent release of “Practicing Love”; a time of worship that explores the foundation of healthy relationships. The video series program and accompanying tools are designed for those feeling separated from their faith community. The fully funded series is comprised of the video time of worship, a blog and three bible studies that can be used as a Spiritual Wellness Program for those in their third chapter of life wherever they live.
This video goes to the heart of what it means to be a human being, a member of the human family. Christ challenges us to love God…and to love our neighbors as ourselves. “We may have a hard time accepting Jesus’ message of love. We might ask: ‘What does love mean?’, or ‘Who’s my neighbor?’, and, at what point does he/she become an enemy that we should love too?” said Rev. Carol Jubenville, Program Coordinator. “This latest video in our series will take the viewer on a journey to answer some of these difficult questions and explore how to apply love principles in their lives.”
This video series brings people who are finding it difficult to attend church services, a sense that their faith community has not forgotten them. The viewer(s) will be able to experience a time of worship with an exciting message, uplifting hymns, and centering prayers. As we bring “church’ into your home Reverend Carol Jubenville, a Methodist Pastor and Father John Buehler, a Roman Catholic Priest, will review scripture and discuss thoughtful ways in which you will be able to connect to your faith journey.
The videos and other content are available on the web site www.TheJourneyVideo.com. Included on the website are blogs and bible studies that coincide with each video allowing for deeper understanding of the message and scriptures. The program is funded by St. Joseph’s Pastoral Care, Inc., and all content and videos are offered at no charge and are copywritten.
